Featured Artist Patch?
Hey There,
So I've had this idea swirling about in my head for awhile but only now have felt the motivation to get it started. Every month, I post a featured artist and I feel like I haven't done enough to draw attention to it. Starting this month with our current featured artist Kevin Garrett, I will be making a patch for the song that posted on our page. I've already completed the design and embroidery file and am currently making the patch which I hope you'll love. Along with the this, I will try and have a giveaway every month with the patch. Hoping this will help grow my skills a lot more, I am excited to get this started. Please feel free to share who you think should be a SpazyArt Featured Artist.
UPDATE:
The patch didn't come out as I hoped, so I am going to start over and try again.
Update #2:
It is now August 7th and I am barely updating again. Good News is I did complete the patch before the month of July was over, I just haven't posted it. I am posting it here though so I hope you like it.
Now on to creating this month's patch for Rag 'n' Bone Man!
Oregon Trip!
Took a trip up to Oregon recently and got some photos while there. Check them out below :)
Kodaline gig!
Kodaline performed at the beautiful Wiltern the other night and let me just say they were fantastic. Their opener was another Irish artist Gavin James who pretty much kept all eyes and ears on him. His voice echoed through the room and left you feeling so in the moment as everyone was pretty hushed as well. He was amazing to watch and even better to hear live.
After Gavin James and a 25-30 minute wait, Kodaline was ready to come out, as the lights turned down and it was their time the whole room filled with screams of excitement. They started off the set with their song 'Ready' which is off their new album "Coming Up For Air"(Out Now) and ended it all with 'All I Want' off their first album "In A Perfect World". As they went through their setlist, every song had energy, love and was full of lots of guitar changes from Mark Prendergast. Probably the most guitar changes I've ever seen in a set, but amazing nonetheless. Anyways, getting back to the music⦠they had so much excitement from the crowd and gave a performance that left you feeling like you knew them and were just hanging out. They had one of the best most natural performances I've seen in awhile and their one of those bands you really have to experience live yourself.
So, if you get the chance to catch Kodaline and/or Gavin James on tour you've got to.
In the meantime check out some of the photos I took at the show. (Hadn't the chance to get any of Gavin but I hope you enjoy these of Kodaline.)

Kodaline? β¦ Kodaline!
Anyone else totally in love with Kodaline? I hope that's a yes & if you don't know who they are... Well you're gonna. Haha
They are a wonderfully talented 4 piece band that hail from the great place of Ireland, Dublin to be a bit more specific... anyways, if you like bands such as U2 or Coldplay I think you especially love Kodaline!
They performed last night at The Late Late Show with James Corden performing 'The One' off their new album (which you should so buy) Coming Up For Air & let me tell you it was beautiful. I was lucky enough to be there, but even watching on the screen at home they give of this inspiring vibe that left me well, inspired.
Please do check them out. They are incredibly talented & seeing/hearing them live is even better.
Check out their performance from last nights The Late Late Show below:Β
